If you created an account with only a nickname, you can set your email and password from Settings > Account Settings.
Once you register them, the following information will be saved and can be viewed from your PC or smartphone browser.

・Submissions
・Works you liked
・Followers and users you follow
・Mute settings
・Browsing history (Premium function) etc.
