You can verify your login information and reset your password using the following procedures:

If you cannot log in to the app

• You can use the following page to send an authentication code to the e-mail address registered with your account and reset your password. Please try logging in with your registered e-mail and a new password.
  • pixiv Login Page > "Forgot password?"
• If you do not have a registered e-mail associated with your account or your e-mail cannot receive messages, you will not be able to receive the authentication code.
  • Accounts that do not have any payment history cannot have their password reissued.
    You will need to make a new account.
  • We can help accounts with a payment history reissue their password after we confirm you are the individual who paid for the account with your payment number.
    
    • Please inquire at the page below:
      • If you're having trouble > Contact Support > "I forgot my pixiv ID/password"
        • You will need to enter necessary information, such as your payment number.
        • Please enter an e-mail that is not being used by other accounts and can receive e-mails.
        • If you paid via the App Store, your password can't be reissued.
          You will need to make a new account.
          If you registered for Premium through the App Store, you'll need to cancel your membership through the Store.

• If you haven't registered an e-mail, you'll need to do so.
• You'll be able to get an authentication code from the page below for resetting your password.
