I'm not receiving any notifications

Please check if the app is set up correctly following the steps below.

    My page > Settings > Notifications settings

  • pixiv app on Android
    Settings > Notifications settings

If you're not receiving any push notifications, please check the settings on your device.

  • On iOS devices
    From the home screen > Settings > Notifications > pixiv

  • On Android devices
    From the home screen > Settings > Apps & notifications > pixiv > Notifications

Push notifications may be delayed based on your internet connection.
