There are cases in which you may be unable to leave pixiv depending on the status of pixiv's linked services.
■ If you are registered with BOOTH
Log in to the BOOTH account that is linked with the pixiv account you want to leave pixiv with. Go to "Account settings（https://accounts.booth.pm/settings）" and then click "Delete account" to start the procedures for leaving. Once your BOOTH account has been deleted, you will be unable to use any features that require a login. You will not be able to use the same e-mail address to re-register or re-open your account.

If you have any questions about leaving BOOTH, please feel free to fill out the Contact Us form（https://booth.pm/support）. Once you've finished deleting your BOOTH account, you'll be able to continue the procedures for leaving pixiv（https://accounts.pixiv.net/leave）.
■ If you are registered with FANBOX
If you have a remaining pledge balance on FANBOX or are within 1 month of applying for a deposit to your Japanese bank account, you will be unable to leave.
Once you have accepted any remaining balance on FANBOX, and once over a month has passed since you applied for a deposit to your Japanese bank account, you will be able to continue the procedures for leaving pixiv（https://accounts.pixiv.net/leave）.
It is not possible for accounts registered as creators on FANBOX to leave pixiv. You can stop being registered as a creator by going here（https://www.pixiv.net/fanbox/creator/unregister）, and then you will be able to continue the procedures for leaving pixiv（https://accounts.pixiv.net/leave）. Please refer to this FAQ（https://fanbox.pixiv.help/hc/ja/articles/360005343993） if you have more questions.
You will not be able to leave pixiv if you're supporting a creator on FANBOX. You can stop your pledges on FANBOX via the following procedures.
From the menu for "Supported Creators", please select "Change Plan" for the creator(s) you'd like to stop supporting. Then select "Update payment method".
Select "Stop being a FAN" at the bottom of the page.
Please note that even if you leave during the middle of the month, it will still cost the same 1 month's pledge. Your pledge will not be calculated by the day.
If you opted to pay via the convenience store method, and you pay the following month, your payment will not be adjusted to your situation nor will you be refunded.

Once you've stopped your support on FANBOX, you will be able to continue leaving pixiv（https://accounts.pixiv.net/leave）.
■ If you still have unclaimed rewards in pixiv Sketch
In order to waive your rewards, you need to leave pixiv Sketch. Please contact pixiv Sketch using the inquiry form（https://www.pixiv.net/support?mode=inquiry&type=37&service=sketch&ref=faq）, and include the following three pieces of information:
- The e-mail address you have registered with pixiv
- Your account name
- The reason you're contacting us: Request to waive rewards / leave pixiv Sketch
■ If you are registered with Pastela
You won't be able to leave pixiv without first deleting your Pastela account.
Please refer to this FAQ（https://pastela.pixiv.help/hc/articles/29546283394969） for information on how to delete your Pastela account.
After successfully deleting your Pastela account, you'll then be able to proceed with deactivating your pixiv account leaving pixiv（https://accounts.pixiv.net/leave）.
