About pixiv Premium auto-renewal

On the day your pixiv Premium subscription expires, your plan will auto-renew and you will be charged for the plan for which you registered. If you wish to stop auto-renewal, please make sure to unsubscribe from pixiv Premium more than 24 hours before your subscription expires.

 

◼︎ If you are using the iOS app

  • About payments
    Payments will be processed through your Apple ID. App Store payments for pixiv Premium are only available for a single pixiv ID. You won't be able to link other pixiv IDs once you've started your pixiv Premium subscription.
    * The currency displayed will change according to the country/region of your Apple ID.
    * The discount rate displayed may change according to the country/region of your Apple ID and the period you subscribed to pixiv Premium.

  • How to unsubscribe from pixiv Premium
    You can cancel auto-renewal by going to the Settings app > Tap your username > Subscriptions. If you wish to unsubscribe from pixiv Premium, please do so at least 24 hours before the last day of your membership. You'll be able to use pixiv Premium until the last day of your membership even after you've unsubscribed.

    Payments will be processed according to your Google Play store paying method. Google Play store payments for pixiv Premium are only available for a single pixiv ID. You won't be able to link other pixiv IDs once you've started your pixiv Premium subscription.
    * The currency displayed will change according to the country/region of your Google Play account.
    * The discount rate displayed may change according to the country/region of your Google Play account and the period you subscribed to pixiv Premium.

  • How to unsubscribe from pixiv Premium
    You can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription by launching the Google Play store > Menu icon > Subscriptions. If you wish to unsubscribe from pixiv Premium, please do so at least 24 hours before the last day of your membership. You'll be able to use pixiv Premium until the last day of your membership even after you've unsubscribed.
